Hey guys!!  Today um gonna write about the latest gaming console the PlayStation 4 which is recently released on 16th June 2013. PlayStation 4 comes with DUALSHOCK 4 (the controller) and PlayStation Camera. PlayStation 4 is the best console to play games with the powerful graphics and speed, it has innovative two screen capabilities.

Hardware:

                           It will use APU (accelerated processing unit) which is developed under AMD alongwith Sony. APU is a chip which has CPU (central processing unit) and GPU (graphical processing unit) along with different other hardware like video decoder & memory controller.
                                                          
                                                           

PlayStation 4 Controller:

                                                           The DualShock 4 is the primary controller. Its price is $59 US. As DualShock 3, Dualshock 4 also connects with console with bluetooth  2.1+EDR. One thing is obvious that   DualShock 3 will not be compatible with PlayStation 4. The DualShock 4 combines several new features like built in capacitive touch pad on the front of the controller, which can be clicked. The controller also support output connectors. Its stereo jack will support the connection of a headset to allow a player to speak and hear audio at the same time. A micro USB port and a mono speaker is also included. The controller is charged with the help of USB  or the Console whether in active or in sleep mode.

                                                             

DualShock 4 Buttons:

                                                   Following buttons are there on DualShock 4 controller.

1-     PS Button

2-     Share Button

3-     Option Button

4-     Directional Button

5-     Action Button (triangle, square, circle, cross)

6-     Shoulder Buttons (R1/L1)

7-     Triggers (R2/L2)

7-     Analog Stick Button (R3/L3)

8-     Touch pad clikc Button

     

              The Share Button enables the player to upload video of his best game with his best friends. The Concave surface of Joysticks will provide better control and experience to player. The DualShock 4 has a Light Bar that can display upto 4 different colors depending upon different situations during game. The colors will also let the player to know the status of their low health in game. The PlayStation Move controller are also supported on PlayStation 4 

PlayStaton Camera:

                                                The PlayStation Eye is improved and is named as PlayStation Camera . It has two 1280 X 800 px cameras. The lenses work with an aperture of focal length f 2.0 with 30cm focusing distance and has 85 degree field of view. The dual camera operates different modes depending upon the applications (games). The PlayStation Camera has a four channel microphone array which is helpful in the reduction of background noises and it can also be used to command the console.
